Harrison Properties are an industrial property development and management company specialising in small industrial units for sale and to let. Established in 1977 Harrison's have a large number of small workshops, units, compounds, storage space and offices ranging from 100 square feet up to 10,000 square feet. Our aim is to offer our tenants flexibility and simplicity in terms of their space and lease arrangements. All our sites are currently based in the North East of England, in Darlington, Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland, situated close to major road networks and within urban areas. With such a broad range of units and sizes we're bound to have something for you.
Harrison's announce the future development of a new 24 unit development at Long Benton, just off the A19, and a 10 minute drive from the centre of Newcastle. 24 Units of between 700 and 2400 sq ft (215 sq m - 730 sq m) will become available from spring 2010 for sale and to let.
