Banks Road Estate
Banks Road Estate is a 3.5acre site situated approximately 1.5 miles (2.4km) to the east of Darlington Town Centre and is accessed via McMullen Road within easy access of the A68 and the A1(M). Road access to the east has been significantly improved by the ongoing construction of the Eastern Transport corridor linking directly with the A66. The site consists of several secure compounds with services and one with a building in situ.
